It’s supposed to be a week of freedom spent with my best friend to give me a break from the unbearable pressure of my life. Her car has other plans and we break down in a spot with no cell service.
The only people to offer help are members of Forever 18 who want to take us to the next town. I know better than to take rides from strangers but it’s a once in a lifetime experience. The quick ride turns into the road trip we’d wanted.
