They are to control the number of available bookings allowed per day. For example we offer 8 Freebie spots per day, all 8 books will go out in the same newsletter.

What genres do you promote?

We promote Novels & Novellas in ALL sub-genres of Romance!

(We do not promote Self-Help, Poetry, Biographies, or Memoirs)


Where will my book be shared?

We will post your book on our website, send it to our newsletter subscribers, and on our facebook page.


Why do I need to select a “time”?

We use the time slots to prevent overbooking. All newsletters typically go out between 9am and 12pm ET. On special occasions these hours may vary.


What if I do not have my ASIN yet?

If you book without providing the ASIN for Amazon -or- without providing the URL for wide (when applicable) you MUST send it 24 hours before your newsletter booking date via email to or your book may not be featured and may have to be rescheduled.


How often can I promote my book?

You may only book each “Title” once, per newsletter type, every 30 days. Booking your title more than once, per newsletter type, within 30 days may result in a cancellation of your booking.


What if I want to reschedule?

You may reschedule your booking via the automated confirmation email. It will allow you to pick a new date based on our availability. If you have any trouble please reach out to us at with your booking details.


What if I decide to cancel?

You may cancel your booking at any time. You can do so via the automated confirmation email. Unfortunately, the system is not equipped to automatically send refunds. To receive a refund you must reach out to us at with your booking details.
